Edison Community College

January 1998 - Arrested for preaching the Gospel at Edison Community College in Ft. Myers, FL, on bogus charges.  Bro. John witnessed to every policeman he came in contact with and every jail cell mate he had.  He testified that never had he felt so full of the Holy Spirit as when he was wrongfully arrested.

Charges were dropped a few weeks later. 

THIS WHOLE INCIDENT WAS RECORDED IN AN AUDIO TAPE THAT CAN BE USED IN A COURT OF LAW.

After prayer and consideration, we decided not to pursue a lawsuit for wrongful arrest even though  lawyers pleaded with us to sue the police department and the school.
